Vorderseite: Die Büste Christi frontal, bartlos, mit Kreuznimbus, Pallium und Colobium; er hebt die Rechte zum Segensgestus und hält in der Linken Evangeliar (Immanuel). Links im Feld IC, rechts XC.
Rückseite: Umlaufend im Uhrzeigersin [...]KƜH[...]. - Frontal stehend der Kaiser links, der hl. Konstantin rechts, beide mit Bart, Kreuzkrone, Divitision und Loros, der Heilige mit Nimbus; der Kaiser hält Labarum in der Rechten, der Heilige in der Linken, zusammen halten sie zwischen sich Kreuzglobus.
