The German Digital Library presents itself: CeBIT Hanover 14 – 18 March 2016, Library Congress Leipzig 14 – 17 March 2016, Leipzig Book Fair 17 – 20 March 2016

The Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek presents itself at three large international trade fairs in spring. Trade visitors and the general public can obtain information about project progress at the stands in Hanover and Leipzig, at consultations and lectures – the staff of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek look forward to your visit!

CeBIT Hanover “Discover d!conomy“

This year the world’s greatest IT trade fair is concerned with the digitisation of society and economy: big data, communication, networks and IT security. The Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek presents itself at the exhibition space "Digitale Gesellschaft" (Digital Society) at the stand of the Bundesministerium des Inneren (BMI) (Federal Ministry of the Interior), which belongs to the Government/State joint area "Government for you".

Leipziger Buchmesse

At the largest German public trade fair – the Leipziger Buchmesse – the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek invites visitors to its stand: here you can obtain information about current project progress, new data partners and virtual exhibitions too, or do research in the more than 18 million data records on the website of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek. The Archivportal-D (Archive Portal D), the archival overview of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek, presents itself at the stand of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek – this could be especially interesting for genealogists and local historians.
