The Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek at the Leipzig Book Fair: 15-18 March, 2018

Press release by the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek (German Digital Library)

Berlin, 5 March, 2018

In spring 2018, the motto is again: Let’s visit the Leipzig Book Fair! However, you can explore more than books there – the Leipzig Book Fair also features digital matters: At the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek’s stand you can explore exciting topics, get to know new data partners and receive information on current project progress.

At Germany’s largest fair open to the general public, we invite you to come and visit us at our stand: Together with the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek’s staff, visitors can do research about whether their area of interest, their family name or something from their favourite era can be found on www.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de. Moreover, at our exhibition stand visitors can get a DBB year calendar for free or our DBB stories printed in newspaper design.

The Archivportal-D, the archival view of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek’s data, will also be present at the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek’s stand – which may attract not only genealogists’ and local historians’ interest.

Get to know our manager Frank Frischmuth and learn about our strategy and our next targets. We are looking forward to your visit!
